Application Procedures
Pui Ching Primary School is the affiliated primary school of our institution. During the discretionary places stage for Secondary One, our school only accepts applications from students of Pui Ching Primary School.
Paper-based submission of application
No primary school recommendation letter is required.

Personal Data Collection Statement
The information and scanned documents submitted by parents pertain to personal privacy. The personal data collected will be properly kept by the school. The school will not use the relevant information and scanned documents for any purpose other than the Secondary One discretionary place application. No one may access or disclose relevant information to others without the Principal’s authorization. The school will properly keep the above information and destroy it within a reasonable time.
Application Results
According to the regulations by the Education Bureau, our school will notify the parents of successful applicants by mail and telephone on March 31, 2026, that their children have been included on the list of successful applicants for discretionary places. The placement results for discretionary places will be announced by the Education Bureau together with the unified placement results on July 7, 2026. Before the announcement of the placement results, our school must not disclose the admission status to parents, so parents do not need to call our school for inquiries.
