Application for Admission to Secondary One
During the stage of Discretionary places (DP), only applications from feeder primary school students will be accepted.
During the stage of Central Allocation (CA), admission procedures will be followed in compliance with the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System.
SSPA e-Platform Parent’s Guide
Parents registered as the SSPA e-Platform (https://esspa.edb.gov.hk) users who have bound their account to “iAM Smart+” may submit Secondary One admission applications, and receive notifications for successful Discretionary Places applicants (if applicable) and allocation results via the eSSPA.
Students attending Primary 6 in schools participating in the SSPA will be distributed the “Student Reference Number” as well as the “Activation Code” by the primary schools. For details, please refer to the following Education Bureau website:Please note that if parents/ guardians have submitted an application via the eSSPA, they should not submit a duplicate application to a secondary school in paper Application Form, and vice versa. If parents/ guardians submit duplicate applications (i.e. submitting applications bearing the same application number to the same secondary school via both the eSSPA and in paper Application Form), these applications will be regarded as one application only. Hence, duplicate applications will not increase the chance of a student being allocated to the school.
If parents/ guardians wish to cancel any discretionary place application(s) they have submitted to the secondary school(s) before applying for Cross-Net Allocation, they must indicate it on the Cross-Net Form and notify the secondary school(s) concerned in writing. A copy of the cancellation letter(s) should be uploaded if the Cross-Net Form is submitted via the eSSPA. For paper Cross-Net Form, a copy of the cancellation letter(s) should be submitted to the attending primary school for onward transmission to EDB for processing.

In order to facilitate the school’s collection of contact information from the applicant’s parents, please input your contact information in the SSPA e-Platform. In addition, please download the S1 Discretionary Places Application Form from our school web and upload the completed application form together with other supporting documents to the e-SSPA platform. The information provided will only be used for purposes relating to the processing of application for admission to this school. The documents will be destroyed after the admission procedures have been completed at the end of this school year.
